I'm Sarah! I have been a passionate full- time educator (and never ending graduate student) for over 18 years. I have worked with all things teaching in many formats such as K-12 public school, Higher Education Professor, Course Design, Course Implementation, Workshop Design, Live Instruction, Online Instruction, and so much more.  

Teaching has been such an amazing gift for me; it has been my way of life. For me, one of the best things about teaching is you're always a learner too. It has taught me how to read others and help give them exactly what they need, when they need it, and how they need it! 

 As an empath, teaching and motherhood has challenged me to learn how to take care of myself, too. Learning how to set boundaries, handle my mental health, emotional health, and spiritual gifts were critical. This journey is never really over, but as I stepped more into my aligned self, I started helping others on their journey too, doing energy healing. 

Now, I'm passionate about paying it forward: I teach both personal development and professional development to those who are stepping into their aligned selves, bringing their gifts and talents to the world.
